My name is Heather, I’ve been a witch in one way most of my adult life. I have a 22-year-old son. I live my life as best as anyone can by the rule of 3-fold.
Due to sex-negative messages in media, family, religion, or education systems, many people feel ashamed of sexual desires and behaviours that are perfectly healthy.
With this in mind I want to help people holistically rediscover themselves in order to improve the physical and mental health of everyone, to get the most out of the relationships in their lives.
I am not saying I can help medically, but more like a big sister or best friend that can give advice or guidance, drawing from 25 years of being very happily married as well as going through a colourful and, at times, painful life.
I truly believe that everyone should be in love with who they are. To do this we need to truly know ourselves.
Body positivity as well as female empowerment… this is not about us being better than men in any way. It’s about not feeling the shame we have had put upon us for simply being female.
We aren’t to blame for the way men behave around us, and our bodies do not belong to anyone but ourselves. They are not dirty or smelly (unless you are not taking care of yourself). I want to help you really know your self, really know how powerful and amazing we truly are.
